We are making a change to our Classic range: the 635 wheel size will be completely discontinued from our collection.
The availability of 635 rims and tyres is becoming increasingly limited. For the models concerned, we are therefore switching from 40-635 to 47-622.
The 622 size is more future-proof, while the wider tyre gives these bicycles a more contemporary look.
Which models are affected?
The change applies to:
- Craighton
- Alice & Arthur
- Factory bicycle
In addition to the standard Ryde AND10 aluminium rim, painted rims are now also available, just like on our other Classic models. We’ve also added Sturmey-Archer versions to the range.
And there’s another change to the Craighton…
Since we’re giving the Craighton a small update, we felt this was also the right time to take another look at its name.
Craighton hasn’t really felt at home among names like Louise, Esmee, Otis, Omer, Alice and Arthur for quite some time now.
That’s why, from now on, the three models will be known as Cécile (Omafiets), Cyriel (Opafiets) and Camiel (Pastoorsfiets).
