How to order?

An Achielle is normally ordered and delivered through one of our dealers.

However, you can also submit your order directly to us. We will then arrange for your Achielle to be delivered through a local dealer. For more information or help with your order, you can contact Tom at tom@achielle.be.

Can’t find exactly what you are looking for at your local dealer? You are also welcome to visit our showroom in Egem.

During an appointment, you can view and test the different models and configure your bicycle entirely according to your preferences. You can also order your Achielle directly from us. Delivery and further processing will then take place through your local dealer.

Configure and order your bicycle online
You can configure and order your bicycle online. Here is how it works:

1) Log in to the configurator (You can log in via Facebook, Google, X or with your email address).

2) Create your configuration. Configure your bicycle entirely according to your preferences. Do you have any questions while configuring your bicycle? Feel free to call or mail us. You can reach us by phone +32 51 46 66 36.

3. Save your configuration
– Scroll down and, if necessary, add a comment in the ‘Remark’ field
– Click the gold-coloured button ‘Save this configuration’
– Your configuration is now saved

4. Go to ‘My Configurations’
Here you will find your saved configuration.

5. Review or edit your configuration
Would you like to review your configuration? Click the eye icon.
Would you like to make a change? Click the pencil icon.

6. Send us your configuration
Would you like to order the configuration or do you have any further questions? Send us the configuration code. The code will look something like this: YMZRHO.
Email to code to tom@achielle.be and let us know which dealer you would like the bicycle to be delivered to. You can also tell us where you live, and we will be happy to help you choose a suitable dealer.

After receiving your email with the configuration code, we will send you a request to pay a 20% deposit.
Once we have received the deposit, we will place your bicycle into production. It will then be delivered to the selected dealer as soon as possible.
After arranging an appointment with the dealer, you can collect your bicycle there.
