Ferre

The Ferre is our modern interpretation of the classic Long John.

From the 1930s onwards, bakers, butchers, and tradespeople used two-wheeled cargo bikes to transport goods — strong, agile, and built for daily use. Ferre brings that idea into the present, with electric assistance and the comfort you expect from a modern cargo bike.

The low aluminium cargo box ensures a stable riding feel, even when carrying children, groceries, or other loads. The powerful Shimano Steps mid-drive motor, Shimano Nexus 5 gearing, and hydraulic disc brakes make Ferre smooth, reliable, and safe to use.

Like every Achielle bicycle, Ferre can be fully customised to your taste: colour, saddle, grips, lighting, and practical options such as a rain cover or child seat adapter.
