Achielle was asked to produce a limited version of the ‘Julie’ model. We built only 55 pieces.
This unique Julie is based on genuine wooden rims and comes in a deep oxidised red finish. Even the Brooks front basket was painted in the same colour.
The Julie is equipped with 3-speed Sturmey-Archer gears, combined with drum brakes and a hub dynamo.
Copper details can be found throughout the bicycle, including the Achielle head badge, the rivets on the numbered plate, and the Crane bell.
But the true eye-catcher is, of course, the Brooks saddle specially created for this bicycle. The B67s saddle features a fully copper-plated frame and copper rivets, while the leather Slender Grips are also finished with copper accents.
Finally, the frame carries a special badge referring to this limited edition and the 150th anniversary of Brooks England.
